Esther Eppstein
(born in 1967) is a Swiss art curator. Ever since 1996, Esther has been continuously creating “Message salon” – an art project which is a part of the local art scene exhibiting mostly local artists or artists with connections to the Zurich art scene. Every year, there are 10 to 20 events including exhibitions, concerts, plays and book releases. The foreground is the experiment, the process of creating art. In addition to running her space in Zurich, Esther started to branch out internationally in 1998 by creating “Message salon” within the context of other spaces or institutions, or working within the institution as guest curator. www.likeyou.com/messagesalon
