Irwan Ahmett and Tita Salina
For several years Irwan Ahmett and Tita Salina have produced own-initiative-based art projects dealing with injustice, political turmoils, the environment, energy, and marginalized people. Such contexts often generate universal human values. At Open Studio, they will tell stories about Gotong Royong ("things we do together"): its background and questions it raises nowadays. They will also share with the audience their findings about Białowieża Forest, comparing its situation to what’s been happening to forests in Indonesia. Admission is free.
