Open call
exhibition A Room and a Half by Laura Lima
- Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art opens a call for a participation in the exhibition A Room and a Half by the artist Laura Lima which will take place 23/06–01/10/17. This call is open to people over the age of 18 – both woman and man, young and old. The nature of the participation in the exhibition is discrete. Tasks to be carried out by the participants will be explained during a meeting with potential candidates, which will take place on Sunday, 27/05.

- There is also a possibility to report directly to the casting, which will take place May 27th at 2 pm at the Laboratory Building of the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art
- Participants of the exhibition will receive a fee (civil law contract). Work about 20 hours per week.

- Laura Lima
- born 1971, lives and works in Rio de Janeiro, one of the most recognizable Brazilian artists of her generation. Laura Lima's works have been presented in solo exhibitions at such prestigious institutions as the ICA Miami (2016), Museo de Arte Moderno, Buenos Aires (2015); Bonnefantenmuseum, Maastricht (2014); Bonniers Konsthall, Stockholm (2014); Migros Museum, Zurich (2013); Performa 15, New York; Casa França Brasil, Rio de Janeiro (2011). Her works were included in major group exhibitions, among others. Biennial of Lyon (2011); 14 Rooms, Fondation Beyeler, Basel (2014); Sao Paulo Biennale (1998, 2006).
