Group visits

A group visit to an art exhibition can be a great excuse for a fun outing with co-workers or friends. You can book one of our guides, bring your own, or explore independently. For organized school and kindergarten groups, we provided both guided tours and workshops.

An organized group tour (more than 10 and max 25 people) without a guide at the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art must be booked no later than 2 days before the planned visit. Please state the number of people and the planned date and time of the visit. Contact us at: or +48 22 628 12 71 ext. 135 (during exhibition opening hours). If you fail to notify us in advance, you may not be admitted. A group ticket costs 6 zł per person and gives you admission to all exhibitions presented at a given time.

If you’d like to book a tour with one of our guides, please contact us by e-mail: or by telephone: +48 22 628 12 71 ext. 135 (during exhibition opening hours), no later than 7 days before the planned visit, and in the case of larger groups no later than 10 days before the visit, so that we can provide an appropriate number of guides. We offer guided tours in Polish (150 zł) or English (250 zł) for groups from 10 people to 30 people.

Workshops and guided tours for schools and groups should be arranged by e-mail: or by telephone: +48 510 160 779. You can check out our workshop programme here.

During your visit to Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art, you’ll be required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. Backpacks should be left in lockers located in the main hall. You are welcome to bring your dog to the cinema, but not the exhibitions.

Should you be interested in individual guided tours of the current exhibitions, please book a place at one of our guided tours: on Thursdays, in Polish {Art Viewpoints} and Saturdays in English, {Let’s Talk About Art} and Ukrainian, Byelorussian or Russian, {Familiar With Art}.
