- Does war change art? Can art provide a language for speaking about war? And how does the constant blending of war imagery with pop culture and AI-generated content shape our sensitivity and perception?
- The power of art lies not in offering clear answers, but in questioning what seems obvious – in touching the viewer, stirring emotions deeply enough for them to surface and confront reality. Contemporary art tells a story unfolding before our eyes. It addresses issues we encounter every day and grapple with. It offers fresh perspectives on subjects that may already feel overexposed through the endless stream of news and information. Art reveals the world from unexpected angles and prompts us to reconsider fundamental questions that shape how we understand reality and form our beliefs. Artists disrupt familiar patterns of thinking and expose the tensions embedded in contemporary life – especially in times of war, when both everyday existence and the ways art is created and experienced undergo deep transformation.
- During the tour, we will look closely at works created in response to conflict – pieces that move beyond traditional forms and raise questions about the role of art in moments of crisis.
- Together, we will explore how art can help us see the world differently from the perspectives offered by dominant narratives.

About the series
- These creative tours are first and foremost spaces for conversation – encounters with art in which we ask questions and explore different ways of engaging with artistic practice. The guide introduces participants to the history of the presented phenomena and the key themes of the exhibition, explaining how contemporary art has been shaped by social, political and cultural transformations, as well as by the turning points that continue to influence artistic language today.
- This format encourages attentiveness and the ability to formulate independent opinions. Rather than providing ready-made answers, we invite participants to think and engage collectively through art.
- After the introduction, participants are invited into an open discussion. An exhibition is never a closed narrative – it gains meaning through its encounter with the viewer. Visitors are not passive observers but active co-creators of meaning. The tour therefore becomes a space for exchanging thoughts, interpretations and experiences. We talk about how we respond to the works, what moves us, what provokes resistance and what questions emerge in the process.
