Philip Gelatt and Morgan Galen King have created a story that rivals both Tolkien and Sapkowski in scale and momentum, while being entirely original. The main characters are voiced by stars such as Richard E. Grant, Lucy Lawless, Patton Oswalt and Joe Manganiello.
- The Spine of Night, which took seven years to make, is one of the few contemporary animations created with the rotoscoping technique. It will therefore surely delight fans of the cult film Heavy Metal or Ralph Bakshi’s famously scandalous animations (Fritz the Cat, The Lord of the Rings, Heavy Traffic).
