- They only have music and one another. Ruben (Riz Ahmed) is a passionate drummer, and Lu (Olivia Cooke) a charismatic singer. They’re on tour and about to release their debut album when Ruben starts to lose his hearing. The life he has known and loved is lost, and the future feels uncertain. His girlfriend Lu is determined to do everything it takes to save both Ruben and their relationship. Academy Award winner for Best Sound and Best Film Editing.
