In the near future, an epidemic of mysterious genetic mutations is sweeping through the human population. As a result, some people are becoming more and more animal-like in appearance and behaviour. However, these hybrids with superhuman abilities are considered a threat and thus isolated in special centres. One of the affected is Lena, who is married to François (Romain Duris). Upon hearing that a convoy has crashed in a wild part of the forest and the hybrids have escaped, the man, accompanied by his 16-year-old son Emil, sets out on a desperate search for his partner. This will challenge both François’ relationship with his child and the three of them as a family. Ahead of them is a true emotional earthquake, which will put everyone to the test.
