This extremely funny film by Ruben Östlund (Force Majeure, The Square), one of Europe’s best directors, is a merciless satire on the rich, as well as a ruthless metaphor for the modern age. We are all sailing on a ship that has long since set a course for disaster. Is laughter our only hope now?
