Viking Tappi is a series of stories about a brave, kind-hearted Viking and his friends set in a magical world straight out of Scandinavian folklore. Apart from Tappi and his inseparable companion, the naughty reindeer Chichotek, we also meet the witch Skrzypicha, the troll Gburek, the elf Świetliczka, the raven Paplak, as well as dragons, giants, gnomes and many other fantastic characters. As is often the case in fairy tales, they are both good and bad, but even those who at first seem like villains soon become Tappi’s friends, thanks to his ingenuity. Thus fairy tales teach us that there is good in everyone, you just have to know how to find it.
The animated series Viking Tappi is an adaptation of books written by Marcin Mortka, which are extremely popular both in Poland and abroad.
