Reading Room — Everyday Forms of Resistance
In Palestine, every action—no matter how ordinary—every gesture, even the simple act of existing, carries political meaning. Cooking together in the mountains on Sundays, planting edible crops on a small plot of land in a refugee camp, collecting fossils—these are practices that give life meaning and help restore a sense of humanity to a world shaped by the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. Through the work of artists, these activities move beyond the routines of everyday life, gaining strength and a sense of agency.
On this page, you will find texts from the printed materials accompanying the exhibition Everyday Forms of Resistance. A printed version of the booklet is available in our bookshop.
