(born in London, 18 December 1986) is a cook and artist living in Antwerp, Belgium. She works with and is interested in the relationship between performance and hospitality.

- After completing her foundation year in fine art and design at Central Saint Martins in London (2005—2006), she moved to Antwerp to join the Fashion Academy (2007—2009). Moving quickly into performance, and hospitality as a means to earn a living, she has playfully combined the two.
- In March 2018, Table Dance was created with friend and musician, Roman Hiele. Table Dance was a bar, disco, a live music venue, and an informal eating spot in the red light district and old centre of Antwerp. They held a huge number of events at the location, as well as small unofficial residencies for international artists and young aspiring cooks. In March 2021, they decided to leave the location and continue with business in a more freelance and bespoke way.
- Recent public events include The Restore-rant: Sensehacking the home and healing games for the soul at Morpho, Antwerp (2021), where Michelle was in residence for five months in collaboration with artist and designer Anne Kluytenaar. In 2022—2023, Michelle will work with each of the selected Morpho residents individually. Following the residents’ chosen path of research, together they will cook and host small dinners for their fellows and chosen guests.
