A catalogue of the exhibition presenting selected photographs by Erazm Ciołek (1937–2012), photographer, outstanding author of press photography who documented the events of August 1980 in the Gdańsk Shipyard and in the following years until 1989. These frames, close to sociological photography while preserving the unique character of the record of individual and group behaviours, with time became images symbolizing the era of great transformations.
