Houria (played by the brilliant Lyna Khoudri) is a talented dancer who craves a worldwide career in ballet. She dedicates her entire life to this dream. To make ends meet, she works as a cleaner by day and bets on illegal fights at night. After one of them, she is brutally assaulted. When she regains consciousness in hospital, her world falls to pieces. However, Houria is not about to give up and begins her rehabilitation. There she meets women just like her, scarred by life. Soon, thanks to them, she regains her passion and meaning in life.
