  • spalarnia (voice, music, and lyrics)
    • is a musical initiative by Wojciech Kosma. In this project, the artist explores love, pleasure, intimacy, and identity through poetic avant-pop pieces that draw equally from traditional Polish folk and pop and from the current vocabulary of dance music. spalarnia aims to establish new, deeply personal mythologies rooted in Polish culture and tradition, by developing queer, secular and anti-nationalist views. Music by spalarnia has been presented, among others, at Tate Modern, Komuna Warszawa, Camden Arts Centre, at the Ephemera festival, and at Galerie Molitor in Berlin, which also represents Kosma as a performance artist.
