Withdrawal from the contract
Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from a contract of sale without stating a reason, within 14 days of taking possession of the goods by the Customer or by a third party other than a carrier indicated by the Customer. For this purpose, a declaration of withdrawal from the contract must be sent to the e-mail address: wydawnictwa@u-jazdowski.pl. Returned goods must be sent back no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, i.e. from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
Complaint
If the goods are found to be defective, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint. On the principles set out in the Civil Code, the Customer may demand that the goods be repaired, that the goods be replaced with goods free of defects, that the price of the goods be reduced, or may withdraw from the contract of sale. The Customer is obliged to deliver the claimed goods together with the complaint to the Ujazdowski Castle – Centre for Contemporary Art. The Seller will consider the complaint and inform the Customer about its decision within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint along with the complained goods. The notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer in the Complaint Form.
