Tania Arcimovič (Belarus)

Tania Arcimovič 

is a Belarusian theatre director, art critic and writer. After graduation from Belarusian State Academy of Arts, she studied in the laboratory of Experimental Stage by Anatoly Praudin in St. Petersburg. She worked as an editor-in-chief of pARTisan (http://partisanmag.by/) Internet platform and as a manager of performative practices platform ziErnie (http://ziernie-performa.net/) which she also founded. In 2011 she won 2nd prizes of the competition On the way to the modern museum for The best article about Belarusian artist and for The best article about a work of Belarusian artist in Minsk. Tania Arcimovič lives and works in Minsk. During her residency she will be working on a performative adaptation of Artur Klinau’s book Minsk. A Guide to the City of the Sun.

This residency is realized in collaboration with Akademie Schloss Solitude as a part of the "New Networks" project and with the financial support of the Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation and the City of Warsaw.
