  • Rules and regulations for attending the Free World concert at the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art

  • Organizational and safety rules and regulations in force at the Event
  • 1. The nature of the event is open, and admission to it is free.
  • 2. Participants of the event are obliged to cover their mouth and nose, disinfect their hands and respect social distancing rules according to the guidelines provided by the event organizer.
  • 3. Minors may participate in the event only under the supervision and sole responsibility of the adult person supervising them.
  • 4. Participants of the Event as well as all persons who are on the premises of the Event are obliged to behave in a way that does not endanger the safety of others present at the Event, in particular, they are obliged to comply with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations and to follow the directives of the security services as well as representatives or employees of the Organizer, whose goal is to ensure the public’s safety and order.
  • 5. The Participant of the Event bears full financial responsibility for damage caused by him/her on the premises of the Event to other participants as well as for damage caused to the property of the Organizer.
  • 6. During the Event it is forbidden to possess (or bring onto the Event’s premises):
    • a) weapons or other dangerous items,
    • b) explosives,
    • c) pyrotechnic articles,
    • d) alcoholic beverages,
    • e) fire hazardous materials,
    • f) illegal drugs or psychotropic substances.
  • 7. It is prohibited to:
    • a) destroy signs or information boards, advertisements, devices or equipment located on the premises of the Event,
    • b) throw objects, or any such action, that may pose a threat to the life, health or safety of the people on the premises of the Event,
    • c) destroy the natural environment, i.e. the grass, shrubs or trees that exist on the premises of the Event.
  • 8. Dogs must wear a muzzle and leash, or otherwise they will be barred from the premises.
  • 9. Participants of the Event or others staying on the premises of the Event may be exposed to very loud sounds, which may damage their hearing. Participants of the Event take part in it at their own risk.
  • 10. The organizer is not responsible for the consequences of force majeure. Force majeure is an event beyond the control of the Organizer, which makes the fulfilment of obligations impossible or may be considered impossible due to the circumstances it evokes. Force Majeure is, in particular: weather conditions, mechanical failures or disruptions in the operation of devices supplying electricity, heat, light, military operations or actions of state or local authorities in the field of policy, laws and regulations affecting the performance of obligations.
  • 11. Medical services will be available for the duration of the Event in case of an emergency; the medical point is clearly marked.
  • 12. The Organizer may make changes to the course of the Event for unforeseen and unavoidable reasons independent of the Organizer. The Organizer may change the programme artistically (including the time frame of specific events) without prior notice.
  • 13. Participation in the Event is tantamount to the Participant accepting these Rules and Regulations.
  • 14. In matters not covered by the Rules and Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.

  • Concert will start at 19:00 in the park in front of the Ujazdowski Castle. Admission free.
  • Gates open at 18:00. Every concert participant will be obliged to fill in and leave their contact details at the entrance in case of COVID-19 outbreak.
  • Please respect the rules of social distancing and make sure to cover your face and nose with a face mask at all times to keep yourself and others safe. 
  • From 12/08 till 15/08 the road access to the Ujazdowski Castle will be closed. Not to worry, you may still access the Ujazdowski Castle by public transport or bike, or park your car in a nearby location outside our premises.
