Open Studio
Meeting with the residents from Ukraine
Artists currently residing in Warsaw invite you to the day of open studios. Their studios in Warsaw are located in the Laboratory building next to the Ujazdowski Castle. Their practice spans much further though: it includes the experience of the threat and struggle for life caused by Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, attempts to undertake artistic work in temporary places, and the uncertainty of the future. The date of the meeting is not accidental: it is Ukraine's Independence Day. We invite all interested parties to be with them during an intimate event, which is the sharing of works in the process, thoughts and conversation, a shared meal and music.
