Dana Chmielewska

Dancer, performer, graduate of the Fine Arts Academy in Gdańsk, Dance (Dance And Body Studies) at the Poznań School of Social Sciences. She has also completed an Experimental Choreography Course at Centrum w Ruchu in Warsaw (2016).  She works on interdisciplinary projects combining dance, movement and visual arts. 

Ryosuke Imamura

Born in Kyoto, Japan in 1982. He has been in Warsaw since 2016 and until 2017, supported by the Pola Art Foundation Fellowship. In 2007, he completed Kyoto City University of Arts (KCUA), Japan. His work was shown at many exhibitions, such as at the Yokohama Triennale (Yokohama Museum of Art, 2011), Art Scope 2012-2014 (Hara Museum of Contemporary Art, 2014), Open Theater 2016 (Kanagawa Arts Theater, 2016). He attended a residency by Art Scope (Berlin, 2013) and Camden Art Centre (London, 2015).

Aleksandra Klimczak

A curious soprano who  graduated from the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. She made her debut with the role of Female Chorus in B. Britten's ‘The Rape of Lucretia’ (Warsaw, 2013). She is constantly looking for a non-standard route of existence of the opera singer through experiments with the voice as well as electronics, improvisation, extended vocal techniques, audio-art and field recording.

Gabriella Novak

Born in Poland (1982), currently residing and working in Stockholm (Sweden). The artist is active in the field of interactive sculpture, social events and performances. Her work is driven by her interest in violence, social memory, social structures and human relations. In 2016, she completed her BFA at the Academy of Fine Arts in Umeå (Sweden). She has participated in many projects and shows inter alia: 'Rum för Performance’, "Trawelers" with Essi Kausalainen at Bildmuseum, Umeå/ Sweden (2016); 'Throwing Out a Baby’ BFA Show, Umeå/Sweden (2016); This Sound that I cann’t ignore’ Academy of Art and Design, Bergen/Norway (2016); Performance ‘Personal’ at Music and Arts Festival/Stockholm/Sweden (2015).

Dominika (Mika) Olchowik

Musicology student (UW), instrumentalist, poet. She explores different forms of art by creating a dialogue with her every-day reality (artismatic – reproductions of street art on canvas (2016-2017), projects: What would Beuys say? (2017), Salvation (2017). Her inspiration is time and its impact on changing conceptions of works of art; since the 14th of March 2016, she has been collecting memories and feelings, which she wants to present in the original, eclectic project BORDER_. Currently, she is preparing her bachelor’s thesis, entitled Percussion in Fluxus. ‘For a Drummer’ by George Brecht from performer’s perspective, based on her own, empirical experience and re-performance (2017, Eufemia Club in Warsaw).

Aneta Spirydowicz

Student of Art Education (Graphic and Art Therapy) at the Institute of Art Education at the Academy of Special Education Grzegorzewska. For three years she worked as a volunteer with visually impaired children in The Educational Centre in Laski. She graduated from Drama School (2013), which concentrated on techniques such as the Stanislavski or Meyerhold. In her artistic practice she combines visual arts with movement. She takes part in various theatre projects; recently she has started leading art therapy workshops.
