From the Earth...

Workshop with Małgorzata Kępa

We commonly call soil earth, a word that carries a baggage of symbolic references and meanings. Soil, on the other hand, is a product consisting of layers of the earth’s crust, constantly transforming under the impact of many interacting factors. Soil type is the result of interactions between many substances and processes. During the workshop, we will look at the history of both soil and the history of ourselves, our relationships, and the path we have taken to find ourselves where we are. Accompanied by an earthy palette of colours, we will lean into the pigment potential of soil materials. A workshop with earth, about earth, inviting you to look at your own earth.
