The Residents magazine stems from the need to discover the work of the otherwise invisible residents of the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art. The third issue of the magazine includes interviews with curators who participated in an international curatorial seminar and residency programme Re–Directing: East in June 2019. The seventh edition of the seminar was held by the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art in collaboration with Biennale Warszawa, as part of an art and research project focused on Poland’s relationship with Middle Eastern and Northern African countries. The event featured Rachel Dedman, Mariam Elnozahy, Aziza Harmel, Radoslav Ištok and Francesca Masoero. The magazine includes photographs taken by Weronika Ławniczak.
